Essaouira

Essaouira, nicknamed "Wind City, Africa," and formerly the Portugese colony of Mogador, is a relaxing resort on the Atlantic with lots of history, fantastic seafood, and the famous Gnaoua Music Festival that we were lucky to enjoy. Also great being by the Atlantic, 30 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than scorching Marrakesh.
